Orders are dispatched between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 3:00 pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates only.
Tracking Your Order:
Yes, you can track your order! Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery.
No One Available to Sign for Delivery:
The courier will only leave your order if there's a safe place to do so. If there's no secure spot, the parcel will be returned to a post office or collection point. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels resulting from leaving the order in a safe place when you're not home.
Attempted Delivery:
If the courier takes your parcel to the nearest post office, a delivery card will be left at the nominated delivery address. An email notification will also be sent, indicating the attempted delivery and the location of the redirected parcel.
Parcel Collection:
To collect the parcel, present the delivery card with photo identification at the local Post Office within 10 business days from the date it's received. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the parcel being returned to the sender.
